چکیده
Magnetic dispersive solid phase extraction (MdSPE) was developed to determine the concentration of lead (Pb) in real water samples, while graphene oxide-magnetite-dithizone (GO-Fe3O4-DTZ) from used graphite tubes (recycled graphite) electrothermal technique simply employed as a new sorbent improve efficiency, separated by external magnetic field and analyzed with FAAS. The synthesized evaluated for its surface property, functional group morphology Zeta potential, Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer (FTIR), scanning electron microscope (SEM), respectively. relevant measurement parameters, such pH, time, type eluent, sample volume reusability, were optimized. Under optimal conditions, preconcentration factor 13.33. limit detection (LOD) quantitation (LOQ) obtained 0.070 0.23 mg/L, relative standard deviation (%RSD) 3.41%. Recovery values 90.1 – 123%. In addition, robustness method affirmed terms tolerance interference studies.

متن کاملSolid Phase Extraction Using Modified Magnetic Iron Oxide Nanoparticles for Extraction and Spectrofluorimetric Determination of Carvedilol in Human Plasma Samples
A new analytical approach was developed involving magnetic solid–phase extraction and spectrofluorimetric determination of carvedilol in human plasma samples. A plasma sample was prepared and adjusted to pH 8.2–10, then carvedilol was quickly extracted using iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles modified by the surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and determined to apply spectrofluorimetry...
متن کاملSpectrophotometric Determination of Mefenamic Acid in Biological Samples Using Magnetic Iron Oxide Nanoparticles as a Sorbent for Solid Phase Extraction
This work investigates the potential of magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles as an adsorbent for separation and preconcentration of trace amounts of mefenamic acid in aquatic and biological samples, prior to spectrophotometric determination. The magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (MIONs) were synthesized by mixing of ferrous and ferric chlorides. The possible parameters affecting the enrichment were opt...
